Madeline has been building a reputation as one of the top chefs across the region for several years, including tenures at Montaluce, Wolf Mountain Vineyards, and Chateau E’Lan. Her cooking style is based on French techniques with a focus on her love of Southern cuisine featuring fresh seasonal ingredients and constantly evolving menus. Her wealth of industry experience has enabled her to create menus specific to the client’s needs and desires.

Haylee has been thriving in the event and meeting industry for years. She has worked with event production companies, DMCs, and venues all over the United States, making her wealth of industry knowledge priceless when it comes to planning your event with us.
